can calculate the exact amount of carbon di oxide emission from the building or
a house. This is the reason why the
department recommends using appliances which are highly energy efficient and release
low emission. Real estate companies and
agents must obtain a BER certificate if they plan to rent or sell the
house. A through assignment of the
energy sources is carried by the accessors to make sure that the property does
not violate the guidelines set by the department of sustainable energy.
